You may find yourself affected by these repetitive thoughts more often than you did before. This may have started affecting your train of thoughts and your attention and concentration. Sometimes, it gets difficult for you to break away from these intrusive thoughts. You can find yourself help that will help you get rid of these thoughts and make you focus on being the better you.
  • WORK
    It can make you lose interest and make it physically difficult to invest time and energy in work. Thoughts often feel intrusive and clouded that makes work life tough because you may feel like you are exerting too much time and energy in making it work. You may find yourself not wanting to attempt any work. You might sometimes get overwhelmed over tiny tasks or carry through the difficult work without breaking a sweat. Here's a tip: go easy on yourself and give yourself time to improve your mental health.

    Depression can make to isolate yourself from others. It affects how you view and navigate relationships by either making you withdraw from it, or feel horrible about your role in the relationship. You might feel overwhelmed frequently and find yourself in a lot of discomfort when you're expected to meet people. The upside of this is that you are not alone.     Moderate symptoms can lower your sex drive, making you lose interest in activities which once brought pleasure. You might not feel like indulging in sex every now and then, and the frequency might have dropped, since it might be relatively lower than what it usually was.

    Your body experiences aches and pains and sometimes you feel exhausted by the weight of depression. Often, you find it difficult to do the things that you were able to do without as much effort. You may have noticed a shift in your sleeping pattern where you may be oversleeping or be unable to catch a good night's sleep. Your appetite may be affected as well. There might be instances where you might be feeling exhausted and sometimes it might make it very difficult for you to even get out of your bed. You may be experiencing disturbed sleep cycles involving either sleep more than usual or having trouble sleeping at all.
