What is Heart It Out?

Heart It Out is mental health and well-being initiative that strives to provide accessible Mental Health to 1.5 billion people by 2030. We wish to create authentic spaces for people to explore and be themselves. Our therapeutic services, products, workshops and events are thoughtfully curated to highlight the importance of self-care and tackle mental health in urban settings.

Our team of experienced Psychologists in Bangalore, cater to a variety of mental health needs including clinical therapy for those suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Mood & Eating Disorders, Grief, Sexuality & Trauma and Psychotic Disorders.

At Heart It Out, we thrive on the belief that therapy is proactive and not reactive. We urge you to take charge of your mental health and reach out for support if you are struggling to manage stressors at your workplace, or finding it difficult to navigate through a personal situation or relationship with a loved one.
