They draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and positive psychology to help clients better understand themselves and work towards meaningful growth.

Drawing from different therapeutic approaches, they tailor each session to the individual needs, pace, and experiences of their clients.
Veda particularly works with individuals with ADHD and takes a flexible, understanding approach to therapy. They welcome humour, complexity, and curiosity into their sessions, helping clients navigate their experiences while feeling heard and respected.
