My session at Heart It Out was my first time giving therapy a chance. I was a little apprehensive at first but I had a really good experience. I was given the time to open up and talk about anything I wanted to in my own time. I was provided with an extremely comfortable and non-judgemental space where I didn't hesitate to share my experiences, even once. What I was once hesitant about is what I look forward to most, thanks to Heart It Out.

Attending sessions at Heart It Out is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was constantly in a state of worry and found it hard to get even the simplest of tasks done. Ever since I've started therapy with Heart It out, I've come across newfound confidence and a more positive outlook towards life. I still have a long way to go but I'm very glad to have the unfailing support of my therapist.

My first experience with Heart It Out was last year during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Living at home had gotten the best of me and I needed a way out of my ruminating thoughts. I did not have connections at home where I could share all of my thoughts. Heart It Out provided me with just that platform. The very first session with them made me feel so light and optimistic about things getting better eventually. It's been almost a year and finding Heart It Out is the best decision I’ve made amidst these testing times.
