Associate Psychologist
( Supervised by Delphina Esther )
Madan believes therapy begins with having the freedom to show up as you are - without shame, judgment, or the pressure to have everything figured out. They create a warm, accepting space where clients can openly explore their emotions, experiences, and concerns. Bringing together empathy, creativity, and a deep curiosity about people, Madan supports clients in finding their own path towards growth and change.
About Madan
Madan believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Their practice combines a person-centred and eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT alongside art and music-based techniques to tailor sessions to each client’s needs and concerns.
Madan’s experience across different fields and cultural settings allows them to approach each person with openness and an appreciation for their unique context. They see reaching out for support as an important first step towards growth and believe that meaningful change takes time, patience, and consistency.
By creating a space where clients can explore themselves without judgment, Madan supports them in developing greater self-awareness, acceptance, and the confidence to move towards the life they want.
