Resident Psychologist
( Supervised by Delphina Esther )

Jitesh specializes in creating a reflective and compassionate space where individuals can slow down, understand their emotions, and reconnect with themselves. His approach is trauma-informed, intersectional, and identity-affirming, allowing clients to explore their stories within the larger systems that shape them. He believes therapy is not just about addressing distress but also about discovering meaning, balance, and a deeper sense of self.
About Jitesh
Jitesh Madahar is a counselling psychologist who works with young adults and individuals from diverse and marginalised communities. His practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, guided by empathy, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity. Jitesh supports individuals navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship concerns; helping them find clarity, compassion, and balance within themselves.
He integrates mindfulness into his work, drawing on research-backed modalities that recognise the deep connection between mind and body. Jitesh believes that healing begins when people become more aware of what they are feeling and when their stories are met with gentleness and curiosity.
Apart from being a therapist, Jitesh finds grounding in nature, long walks, journaling, and meaningful conversations. He values creativity and connection that shape the way he shows up for his clients and the healing spaces he co-creates with them.
