About Anusha
Anusha is a highly experienced and passionate guide, providing support and understanding to those on the path of self-discovery. She's dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential!
Anusha has been certified in identifying early symptoms of psychosis and has extensive experience in both the theoretical and real-world practise of treating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and other behavioural disorders. She conducted several workshops and campaigns on raising awareness about the impact of cancer on kids' mental health and managing ADHD and other disorders.
Anusha firmly believes no one should feel alone and uses an integrated and realistic approach to help clients heal while being compassionate and patient throughout the process.
Certified in identifying early signs of psychosis in young adults from Stanford University and Psychological First Aid from John Hopkins University.
Conducted psychoeducation workshops for school teachers on ADHD and other disorders.
Conducted social awareness campaigns on cancer and its impact on children at Kidwai Institute of Oncology.
Specialises in working with adults on anxiety, behavioural and emotional concerns.
