Ann provides a safe, nurturing space for clients to express
themselves freely and strongly. She gently nudges clients to see
themselves and the world through a positive, objective lens. Ann
helps clients be self-reliant, self-compassionate, and reconnect to
their values and relationships.
Ann combines the latest research and psychological practice with her
clients’ unique experiences to help them achieve their goals. She
tends towards cognitive-behavioral and humanistic forms of therapy.
Ann has experience working in an addiction centre, in-patient
psychiatry, and special schools. She works with adolescents, adults,
and the elderly—with various concerns, including stress, loss and
grief, caregiving, relationship issues, and inner growth.
