Subscription and Session Booking

Users purchasing a 1-month or 3-month subscription are entitled to book unlimited one-on-one wellbeing sessions with a therapist of the tier their subscription is valid for at Heart It Out. Users with an unlimited therapy subscription can choose any therapist from the selected subscription tier available on the platform for their one-on-one wellbeing sessions.

Session Cancellation/Rescheduling

Users can cancel or reschedule a session at no charge if done before 48 hours from the scheduled time.

Last-minute cancellation or rescheduling requests will amount to abuse of the terms of service and the user's subscription will be placed on hold. Users may contact customer support to request the unblocking of their subscription.

No-Show Policy

In the instance of a no-show, consequences apply as follows:

1st instance: Warning and notification to the user.

In the event of a second instance of no-show, it will amount to abuse of the terms of service and the user's subscription will be placed on hold. Users may contact customer support to request the unblocking of their subscription.

Therapist Availability

If a therapist is not available, users will be notified, and their subscription will be paused. Therapists would ideally inform users in advance about vacation plans. Sessions booked during the pause will be released and the subscription will be extended accordingly.

In the case of a therapist going on break for more than 30 days, users will be assigned an equally qualified therapist from the same or higher tier (based on availability), and their subscription will continue uninterrupted.

Payment Process

The payment process is manual, and there is no auto-pay option available for subscribers. Users are required to make manual payments for their subscription.

Subscription Start Date

The subscription begins on the day of signing up. Users can start booking sessions from the same day and continue until the expiry date of their subscription.

Process for Booking Sessions

Subscribers can easily book sessions at zero cost directly from their wellbeing dashboard after subscribing. The platform provides a user-friendly interface, allowing subscribers to schedule sessions effortlessly.

Session Scheduling Interval

While therapists recommend a one-week gap between sessions for optimal results, users have the flexibility to choose their scheduling intervals based on their preferences and needs.

Therapist Criteria

All therapists are available under the subscription plan, but clients can only book sessions with therapists under the same tier of the therapist subscription they purchased. For example, if a client bought the Resident Psychologist Subscription, they can book sessions only with Resident psychologists.

Excluded Services

Clinical assessments, including but not limited to assessments for ADHD, Depression, Personality Disorders, etc. and Career Counseling are excluded from the subscription. Users seeking these specialized services must pay the full price for each session.

Psychiatric Sessions

Psychiatric sessions are not covered by the subscription. Users in need of psychiatric services must pay the full price for each session.

Couples Therapy Coverage

Couples therapy coverage is not available at the moment. Users will be notified when a subscription for couples therapy becomes available and live on the platform.

General

Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct during sessions, and any violation may result in appropriate action, including suspension or termination of the subscription.

The subscription model is unlimited but is subject to fair use policies. The service reserves the right to investigate and address any misuse or abuse of the subscription.

These terms are subject to change, and users will be notified of any modifications.

By using our therapy subscription service, you agree to abide by these terms. Continued use of the service after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
