The journey towards better mental health and well-being can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Remember that you are not alone on this journey and others, just like you, are seeking a mindful way of living. It gets a lot easier when we connect, share and seek support from those walking the same path. Studies have shown that adequate social support makes the path to recovery much easier and fruitful.

Mental health challenges affect those battling their stressors and people around them. Parents, partners and friends are impacted and despite their genuine love and concern, they may not be able to understand or react to your feelings appropriately at all times.

To address these concerns and provide a safe space for sharing, the team at Heart It Out has poured their heart and soul in bringing the Buddy Circle community to life.

Social support in any form, from family, friends or colleagues, can go a long way in helping anyone directly or indirectly affected by Mental Health issues.

Meet People Who Get You

Buddy Circle is a safe place for those with a history of distress to come together, discuss, and learn from their shared experiences. You will meet people who may inspire you to keep up with your progress and motivate others to keep moving forward too.

If you’re not suffering from a mental illness yourself, you are still welcome to join us. Your learnings and experience from this Peer Support Group may help others around you too. You can help a dear one and be their support in their journey to recovery.

How Does It Work?

Pick a date from the upcoming Buddy Circle sessions. In the session, you will meet a small group of people and a mental health professional to facilitate the meetup. The group meets twice every month to articulate their life experiences, share their journey, and tools and tips that helped them gain clarity and balance.

Over a course of six meetings, we envision a community that stands for compassion, unconditional support, and each other.

The Buddy Circle is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT initiative and all proceeds from events and workshops go towards making the dream of accessible mental health care for all a reality!

If you want to talk to someone and share your feelings, get their perspective on how you can manage it, or if you want to learn to support a dear one through their mental health struggles, we are here for you. You will meet some new people who truly support and cherish your hardship with all their heart. You’re not alone in this, so don’t walk alone. Join the Buddy Circle! 🙂
