About Anjor
Anjor works with individuals and young adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and depression. Their therapeutic approach integrates the evidence-based techniques of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with the warmth of a humanistic framework, offering support that is both practical and person-centred.
They strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and accepted - one where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. They believe that healing begins with understanding one's unique story and by placing each client's lived experience at the heart of the therapeutic process.
Drawing from their experience across diverse cultural contexts, they take a culturally sensitive and collaborative approach to therapy, supporting clients in building resilience, cultivating self-awareness, and moving towards greater wellbeing and meaningful personal growth.
