What is the AGENDA of this workshop?

The Gender Identity Circle is a gentle, affirming, and confidential space created for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals to explore identity, lived experiences, and emotional well-being, without pressure, judgment, or expectation.

This circle offers a grounded environment where participants can show up exactly as they are. Whether you feel ready to share or prefer to simply listen, your presence is enough. The space is therapist-facilitated, centred on safety, consent, and care.

Through soft check-ins, grounding practices, and optional sharing, the circle focuses on creating emotional safety, normalising diverse gender journeys, and fostering connection and belonging.

Participants will explore:

  • Gender identity, self-expression, and personal meaning
  • Dysphoria, euphoria, and body-based experiences
  • Family dynamics, acceptance, resistance, and boundaries
  • Relationships, safety, and community care
  • Joy, pride, grief, confusion, softness, and everything in between
  • The freedom to exist without having to explain or justify identity

There is no pressure to have answers or the “right” language. Your story can be quiet, messy, unfinished, or still forming. This space is here to hold it with you.

  • Transitioning, or thinking about it
  • Out, not out, or somewhere in-between
  • Carrying dysphoria, shame, fear, pride, or uncertainty
  • Looking for a space where your identity is respected and honoured

You do not need to have it figured out. You do not need to explain yourself. You only need to show up as you are.
