We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on B2C sales in the mental health sector. As a Sales Associate, you will connect with individuals seeking mental health services, guide them through our offerings, and help them find the right support for their unique needs. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and ensuring that those in need can access the support they deserve. You will primarily be responsible for driving revenue through direct consumer interactions, promoting mental health services, and expanding our client base while working closely with our First Responders team to ensure clients receive the support they need. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual who is passionate about mental health and thrives in a client-facing role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with an empathetic, client-first approach.
Familiarity with mental health services and the ability to discuss sensitive topics with professionalism and compassion.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a healthcare or wellness-related field.
Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with customer engagement strategies in digital channels (email, social media, etc.)
Drive B2C sales of mental health services, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mental health offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and check-ins as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other KPIs related to client engagement and service enrollment.
Collaborate closely with the First Responders and marketing teams to enhance the client experience and optimize conversion rates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to educate them on our mental health services and offerings.
Conduct consultations and needs assessment to engage with potential clients to understand individual client needs and recommend appropriate services (e.g., therapy sessions, workshops).
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, session formats, and scheduling.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities.
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, and direct outreach.
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences.
