We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join our team and support our clinical and outreach efforts in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience, expand their psychological skill set, and work closely with experienced professionals.

Note: Outstanding performance during this tenure may lead to a transition into a full-time role within the organization.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology preferred).
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Respect for confidentiality and ethical standards,
Eagerness to help people, learn, observe, and grow within the mental health field.
Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards others.
Proactive attitude and willingness to support both clinical and admin tasks
Comfortable with outreach and field engagement
Prior internship or volunteering experience in a clinical setting will be an added advantage.
Experience with customer engagement strategies in digital channels (email, social media, etc.)
Observe therapy sessions under supervision
Attend supervision meetings and case discussions
Participate in therapy shadowing and skill-building exercises
Complete assigned reading and training material
Contribute to psychoeducation research and content creation
Assist in compiling resources and materials for sessions and workshops
Support in community outreach and awareness initiatives
Help with workshop planning, coordination, and execution
Track client progress and maintain session documentation
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and check-ins
Update the psychologist’s calendar and coordinate schedules
Handle emails and basic communication tasks on behalf of the psychologist
Session Observation: Learn how real-time therapy sessions are conducted.
Supervision Meetings: Receive structured guidance and feedback from senior psychologists.
Therapy Shadowing: Understand therapist-client interactions and session flow.
Case Discussions: Build skills in case analysis and clinical reasoning.
Practical experience in a clinical setting.
Direct exposure to therapy and psychological practices.
Mentorship and structured learning from mental health professionals.
Experience in client management and psychoeducational initiatives.
Certificate of Internship/Experience upon successful completion.
Opportunity to convert into a full-time role at Heart It Out based on internship performance
Skill Practice: Practice essential therapeutic and communication techniques.
Reading Assignments: Strengthen your theoretical knowledge through guided reading.
The stipend would be ₹7,000 per month.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm to 7pm.
The duration of the internship is 6 months.
