The Academy Coordinator will play a central role in planning, executing, and improving educational programs that support mental health professionals, community members, and partner organizations. This position requires excellent coordination skills, strong communication, and a passion for meaningful learning experiences within the mental health ecosystem. You will serve as the bridge between the academy, trainers, learners, and external partners ensuring smooth operations, high-quality program delivery, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.

Prior experience in program coordination, operations, community engagement, training facilitation, or academic administration is preferred.

Experience in WhatsApp marketing or WhatsApp community management is an added advantage.

Familiarity with mental health ecosystems, wellness programs, or educational environments is desirable.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage meaningfully with mental health professionals, learners, community partners, and institutional stakeholders.

High level of organizational and operational efficiency; able to manage logistics, schedules, and multiple parallel programs.

Budget awareness and the ability to make cost-effective decisions.

Facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops, seminars, training sessions, or group learning environments.

Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements.

Comfort collaborating with trainers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in maintaining structured documentation, participant records, and progress reports.

Basic marketing understanding — ability to support the creation and execution of campaigns in partnership with marketing and design teams.

Relationship-building skills with educational institutions, mental health organizations, and community partners.

Ability to ensure ethical, legal, and organizational compliance across all programs.

Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Act as a liaison between the academy and mental health professionals, community members, and partner organizations.

Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, mental health organizations, and other relevant entities.

Ensure the availability and proper utilization of educational resources and materials.

Coordinate with external trainers and subject matter experts as needed.

Plan and execute events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Oversee the budget for educational programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management and other stakeholders.

Manage logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and participant registration.

Provide guidance and support to program participants, addressing their educational needs and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of program participants, outcomes, and feedback.

Promote academy programs through various channels to attract participants and stakeholders.

Develop marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and design team.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing changes as necessary to maintain high standards.

Lead and manage a team of educators, trainers, and support staff.

Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members.

Full-time role (online/WFH)

Working days: 5 days per week.

Working timings: 12PM to 9PM.

The salary being offered for this role is 25k (fixed) + 5 (incentive, performance based)
