We’re hiring a Senior Counselling Psychologist at Heart It Out, someone who brings depth, empathy, and clinical excellence into every session. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with strong therapeutic skills across evidence-based modalities (CBT, REBT, trauma-informed approaches, etc.), excellent case conceptualization ability, and experience handling complex adult concerns. The role requires emotional maturity, ethical integrity, strong documentation practices, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
As a Senior Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing counselling, psychotherapy
and follow up care to individual adults along with formulating treatment plans and crisis intervention
for them.
