Heart It Out is a mental health and well-being organization dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health support. We offer therapy, workshops, and resources to help individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our mental health services, engaging with potential clients, and driving business growth. This internship provides a great opportunity to develop sales skills while making a meaningful impact in the mental health space. You will also gain hands-on experience by working closely with our Sales Associate, learning industry best practices, and refining your communication and interpersonal skills.
The First Responder Head will be responsible for managing the individuals who work on Heart it Out’s external chat and call lines. The First Responder Head will also be responsible for maintaining communication channels between the different departments of Heart It Out.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Candidates with a strong interest in mental health and sales are encouraged to apply.
Prior coursework/ certifications/ experience in sales, marketing, or mental health care would be a plus but are not mandatory.
Passion for mental health and well-being.
Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be empathetic and non-judgmental while engaging with clients.
Basic understanding of mental health care and its importance.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Tech savvyness and basic knowledge of sales tools is a plus.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
Client Engagement: Educate prospective clients about our mental health services and guide them through the onboarding process.
Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads, address queries, and convert potential clients into paying customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Associate and other team members to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain records of client interactions and provide insights for sales growth.
Hands-on experience working alongside a Sales Associate in a growing mental health organization.
Exposure to the mental health industry and its services.
Development of essential sales and client engagement skills.
Performance-based incentives in addition to the stipend.

Upto 5k per month + performance based incentives.
5-6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
