At Heart It Out, words aren’t just words, they’re bridges to understanding, empathy, and change. In this role, you won’t just be “making content.” You’ll be stepping into the founder’s shoes, seeing the world through his eyes, and translating that vision into stories that touch hearts, spark conversations, and inspire action.
You’ll work closely with Taha Zaidi, our founder, exploring his ideas, perspectives, and dreams for the future of mental health. Together, you’ll turn those ideas into speeches that move people, articles that make readers pause and reflect, and social posts that invite the world into our mission.

This is a rare opportunity to learn first-hand how a founder thinks, builds, and communicates all while honing your craft as a storyteller with purpose. If you believe that the right words can change lives, and you’re ready to put your creativity in service of something bigger, this is your space.
The First Responder Head will be responsible for managing the individuals who work on Heart it Out’s external chat and call lines. The First Responder Head will also be responsible for maintaining communication channels between the different departments of Heart It Out.
