We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Founder’s Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our founder. People who aspire to start their own business in the future or those looking to move into leadership positions quickly can leverage this role to gain broad exposure to multiple business functions and accelerate their career trajectory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the founder in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is passionate about mental health and committed to supporting Heart It Out’s mission.
The First Responder Head will be responsible for managing the individuals who work on Heart it Out’s
external chat and call lines. The First Responder Head will also be responsible for maintaining
communication channels between the different departments of Heart It Out.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, Psychology or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with a passion for mental health advocacy
Experience in the mental health sector or a nonprofit organization is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder’s office, managing relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Provide strategic assistance by conducting research and gathering insights to support decision-making processes
Manage the founder’s calendar and coordinate meetings
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Assist in planning and executing key projects across departments
Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and all founder’s office correspondence
Ensure smooth operation of the founder’s office by managing priorities and showcasing problem solving skills
