Heart It Out is a mental health and well-being initiative that is committed to making mental healthcare accessible to 1.5 billion people across India. Our therapeutic services, products, and events are carefully curated to cater to the community's mental health care needs and concerns.
As a First Responder Intern, you’d be the first point of contact for those who reach out to us for support across multiple platforms. At Heart It Out, we care! We strive to provide accessible mental healthcare for all. This vision comes to life through skilled and compassionate individuals like you.
The First Responder Head will be responsible for managing the individuals who work on Heart it Out’s external chat and call lines. The First Responder Head will also be responsible for maintaining communication channels between the different departments of Heart It Out.
This role is open to Psychology Graduates and Masters degree holders who are passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.
The ideal candidate has excellent multitasking skills, good time management skills and pays great attention to detail.

Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.
Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.
Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.
Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.
Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.
Provide a kind and non-judgmental space to people who are reaching out to Heart It Out seeking mental health care and services.
Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.
Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.
Checking and follow ups for cart abandonments.

This is an Internship position at Heart It Out.
Working hours: 8 hours of work per day for 5 days a week (weekly offs rotate/change every month).
This role has afternoon/evening shift from 4pm-12am.
Stipend would be Rs 7,500 per month
