World Suicide Prevention Week is observed in the second week of September to promote awareness and prevent deaths due to suicide across the world. A person to talk to, a shoulder to rest their head on or even a text message is all it may take to save a life sometimes.

This two-hour interactive webinar will educate you about suicide, bust common myths, and reinforce the importance building personal resiliency. The team at Heart It Out has worked tirelessly to assemble an inclusive panel so you could learn from suicide survivors, care providers, those that have lost their close ones to suicide and those that have prevented suicide and saved lives!

The discussion will be limited to 25 participants to facilitate group interaction and build a safe space for sharing. Looking forward to coming together for suicide prevention, and taking back simple lifestyle tips that can contribute to positive mental health
