I have immense gratitude for the Heart It Out Team and most of all my therapist who stood by me selflessly when I needed someone the most. Attending therapy sessions with my therapist at Heart It Out I have improved significantly on managing my emotions in a rational way. I didn’t think I had it in me, but the team's constant support led me to be the person I am today.

I am not the type of person who would ever open up and share problems, concerns but my therapist was very easy to open up to. She was always positive and encouraging. She helped and provided the tools that are necessary to move forward. The sessions with her were eye-opening. It provided me with the correct answers for solving my issues.
