About Jyoti
Jyoti's work follows an eclectic approach and focuses on aspects of self-compassion, self-discovery, and staying in the present. She also practises trauma-informed and queer affirmative therapy. She believes in accepting people for who they identify themselves as.
Jyoti harbours a passion for even the smallest things that bring meaning and purpose to life. She works with adults to help them navigate through concerns such as anxiety, work-life balance, Deprression, gender, sex, and sexuality, trauma, and grief by providing an empathetic space.
Her affinity for justice and her insightful mind never cease to amaze her clients. She spends her time befriending animals and supporting people around her to do better in life.
