If you see your friend dealing with heightened levels of being worried, extremely restless or unable to concentrate on anything around them, they may be experiencing anxiety related conditions either towards a specific event or generally.This may also occur along with a lot of fatigue, sweating, sudden chest pain and rapid heart beats (panic attack).
