We understand that this is an incredibly difficult time for most people. The pandemic has made lives difficult and is significantly impacting our mental health. 
Therapy is a great place to find support in these times. Whether it’s relationship concerns or pandemic anxiety, or low moods because of isolation, our therapists can help you get through, feel better and take charge.

Please know that your are not alone in this struggle. We have supported thousands of people since the start of the pandemic and wish to extend the same care to you. We are all in this together and we will get through this together.

As part of our vision to provide accessible mental health care to 1.5 billion people by 2030, we are extending our support and covering up to 50% cost of therapy for your next session all through this month.
