In this workshop, our expert couples and family therapists are eager to introduce:

Sumithra Sridhar
Sumithra Sridhar is the Lead Relationships and Couples Counsellor at Heart It Out, who uses her eclectic approach to understand the unique functioning of each family system. Her empathy based framework has allowed her to examine various underlying concerns that couples often present, which has only enhanced her experience in the field. As a trainer, Sumithra is keen on imparting some key pointers, techniques, methods, and multiculturally informed approaches that she has applied in her practice as a family and couples therapist.
Anvita Sethi
Anvita Sethi is a Psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. She incorporates a multi-cultural perspective and a unique lens of attachment theory & systemic approach in couples and family therapy. Over a period of 3 years, she has conducted multiple workshops on positive parenting, anti-bullying, peer pressure, career counselling, emotional regulation skills and corporate wellbeing. As a trainer, she has the ability to connect theoretical information with practical real life examples and make the subject matter highly participative through activities that stimulates learning.
