Kajal Maniar is a trained Counselling Psychologist, who specialises in child and adolescent mental health. As a trainer, she brings in unique insights from her practice, with an emphasis on experiential learning and growth.

Sneha Jain
Sneha Jain is a practising child psychologist at Heart It Out. Her speciality lies in the treatment of social and interpersonal difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, low self-esteem, parenting difficulties as well as stress management. She has a special interest in supporting children and adolescents, as well as their parents, in identifying strengths and enhancing connections. Sneha's training style focuses on developing the competency to provide better mental health care for the youth
